Great location, amazing renovated Victorian property, great host and hostess! The room was large and very comfortable. Common areas include puzzle and game table, comfy chairs and sofas, and TV, if you are so inclined. Wrap around porch has small nooks for individuals or small groups to sit and chat over tea or coffee, always available. Enormous porch swing could accommodate at least one for a nice nap.I sat on it and cuddled with a friendly young kitty who was around on the porch. The Inn also has a very friendly little dog, who invites you to play with him. Breakfast was ample and tasty, served in the dining room, where I met and chatted with the other interesting guests. I will definitely try to come back here!

The Perkins House is a truly special place rich with history and warm with hospitality. My friend and I booked in Cornish while road tripping from Maine to the White Mountains in NH - this was the perfect starting spot that morning. The house is warm and cozy, breakfast was phenomenal, and if you love dogs...Dolce will steal your heart away. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Hope to be back in the future!
